Century
Editorial policy
The standards Century applies to health, fitness, recovery, and wearable-data content.
Evidence and sources
- Prefer peer-reviewed primary research, systematic reviews, official public-health guidance, and first-party device documentation.
- Link sources close to the claim they support and distinguish measured evidence from interpretation.
- Avoid unsupported precision, universal promises, and diagnostic conclusions from consumer wearable data.
Authors and reviewers
Every article identifies its author or editorial team. An article is described as expert-reviewed only when a named, appropriately qualified reviewer has completed the review and is shown on the page. The archive is being migrated to this standard; absence of a reviewer label means expert review has not been claimed.
Updates and corrections
Material updates change the visible updated date. Corrections that affect the meaning of health guidance are reviewed promptly. Readers can report an error to info@joincentury.app.
Commercial independence
Century publishes content related to its own product and identifies that relationship. Comparisons should state relevant trade-offs, verify product facts, and avoid presenting marketing claims as independent clinical evidence.
